Experience

Specialisation: Physiotherapy and physiotherapy urogynaecology.

Experience: Graduate of the Medical University of Wrocław, physiotherapist, urogynaecological physiotherapist, certified trainer of the BeBo® method, instructor of Nordic Walking and Pilates. She  gained her experience in physiotherapy while volunteering and running her individual physiotherapy practice.

Treatment

Treatment: She specialises in physiotherapy for women of all ages, and her interests include urogynecology, in which she is constantly training and gaining knowledge. On a daily basis, she deals with the improvement of pregnant and postpartum women (urinary incontinence, distention of the rectus abdominis muscles, scar therapy after CC/perinectomy, lowering of the reproductive organs, pelvic pain, pain during intercourse, preparation for childbirth). 

The practice also provides therapy for women who struggle with endometriosis (urogynaecological therapy, pre-operative physiotherapy, post-operative physiotherapy) and painful menstruation.

Breaks taboos among women – deals with sexual rehabilitation, sexual dysfunctions like dyspareunia – painful intercourse, vulvodynia – pain in the intimate area, vestibulodynia – vulvar pain, vaginismus – involuntary muscle contraction around the vaginal entrance, anorgasmia – lack of orgasm.

Using physiotherapy and osteopathy techniques, she provides supportive therapy for the treatment of infertility in women (fertility rehabilitation).
